01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the haruda4d platform, including the website, mobile app, and any services provided by us. These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and haruda4d.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the haruda4d platform. Continued use following the publication of any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use haruda4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by law.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or any gambling limit programme imposed by a relevant authority.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

03 Account Registration & KYC Process

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account at haruda4d. Owning multiple accounts, whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and forfeiture of balances.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for withdrawal purposes and account limit upgrades. Documents required for KYC include:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within the last three months).
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

Haruda4d will process KYC documents within two to three business days. You will receive an email notification once the process is complete. All information collected during the KYC process is encrypted and used solely for identity verification purposes.

04 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Haruda4d supports a wide range of payment methods for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 per transaction.
• Funds are credited to your account within minutes after payment is confirmed.
• Haruda4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the player's responsibility.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30 per request.
• The KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances that require specific approval.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on the player's VIP tier — from MYR 10,000 (Silver) to unlimited (Crown).
• Haruda4d reserves the right to request additional documents before approving large withdrawals.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

All bonuses and promotions offered by haruda4d are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, or per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before any wins from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Betting with bonus funds may contribute at different rates depending on the game category. Slots typically contribute 100%, while casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Haruda4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through dishonest means, multi-account abuse, or system exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

The haruda4d VIP programme consists of five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Crown. Entry and retention of VIP status is based on playing activity that meets the established criteria. haruda4d reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to affected members.

06 Game Rules & Player Conduct

All games on haruda4d must be played in accordance with the rules set by their respective providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager. haruda4d is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to haruda4d immediately. Wins obtained through bug exploitation are invalid and may be forfeited.
• Players must conduct themselves respectfully in all forms of interaction on the platform, including live chat with dealers or support agents.
• Settled and confirmed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical error.

Haruda4d uses a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent body for all RNG-based games. Live casino games use real physical equipment streamed live, ensuring full transparency and fairness for all players.

07 Account Security & Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. haruda4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Notify the haruda4d support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must use a strong and unique password for your haruda4d account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection — this feature is available in your account settings.
• Haruda4d is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

08 Account Restrictions, Suspension & Termination

Haruda4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Chargebacks or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Owning multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
• Use of prohibited software or system exploitation.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

If your account is terminated for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any remaining balance in your account will be returned after the review process is complete. For terminations due to a breach, the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the haruda4d support team. Self-exclusion requests for the purpose of responsible gaming will be processed within 24 hours.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

Haruda4d provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, haruda4d is not liable for:

• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure.
• Third-party content or services that may be accessible through our platform.

Haruda4d's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

10 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Haruda4d reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notification or email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, subject to the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
